I Should Have A Dragon’s Loyalty, I Am A Dragon

First of all, an enormous Thank You! to Stephy for nominating me for this award. Be sure to check out her blog Stephysweetbakes for some amazing baked goods. Believe me, I know the goods when I see them and she’s got the goods. And even if you don’t use a recipe, you can at least look at the gorgeous pictures and daydream of what could be if you had someone to bake those goods for you.

Second, about the title of this post, yes, according to Chinese Astrology, I am a Dragon.

Seven interesting facts about me:
1- I really do think I’m an alien. That’s why I relate to Superman more than Batman.
2- Despite being masculine, I’m kind of a feminist. Not an extreme feminist, but I do enjoy stories with strong female leads, which is why the trilogy I’m writing features highly capable women.
3- I’m not above self-promotion (see previous fact).
4- I keep myself grounded by occasionally singing along with Wham!’s “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go” while badly dancing to it.
5- I was totally rooting for Milli Vanilli to make a comeback.
6- Thinking about myself always makes me feel worse.
7- Rain always makes me feel better.

Now, I’m supposed to nominate 15 regular readers and alert them all of said nomination, but that’s going to take a whole lot of time and I’m seriously feeling the flow on my second novel right now and I really want to devote as much time as I can get to writing it. Seriously, without y’all reading my stuff, I would’ve quit writing for this blog long ago to solely focus on my novel-writing and would probably be on my third book at this time and would likely have successfully pestered an agent into representing me by now and… Gosh, I’m not really seeing a downside to any of that.
